Quality and Complaints

To line up with GFSI strategy it shall be considered to require a certification in accordance with the GFSI recognized standards from all suppliers of products. (GFSI means Global Food Safety Initiative, www.mygfsi.com ).

Delivered products shall be packed by the manufacturer in accordance with the minimum possible delivery norms and have all appropriate information about the use and its validity.

Should a defect, compromising the integrity of the packaging and/ or other product defects be detected the following is required to do:

  1. Check the quantity of items;
  2. Verification of marking of goods;
  3. Submit a claim into delivery document transmitted to the delivery service;
  4. Send a photo and description of claim to claim@yachtering.eu or use the link on www.yachtering.eu.

Within 7 (seven) working days the complaint will be considered.
The funds shall be returned to the Partner within 40 (forty) working days (Article 3.5).
